Labour, Immigration and Social Security Law
MME Partners have many years of practical experience in labour, immigration and social security law. We continuously advise national and international companies from the industrial, commercial and services sectors, representing employers as well as executive employees in all questions concerning labour law, law relating to foreigners or data protection law.
Michèle Stutz, LL.M., is a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law and regularly deals with employment and immigration law matters.
Prof. Dr. Moritz Kuhn works part-time as a professor in private and insurance law (including social insurance law) at the University of Zurich. In addition, he holds office as President of the Zurich Court of Appeal.
Dr. Andreas Landtwing, LL.M., is a certified specialist in social insurance law, and holds a Master’s degree in advanced studies in Applied Ethics.

- Social insurance law (law regarding pension funds, accident insurance and Federal social insurance act)
- Obtaining work permits and residence authorizations for foreign executives and highly qualified employees
